Product Engineer - AI Investing

Description: Own product areas within BJAK's AI Investing, including insurance, payments, savings, and travel. Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams. Simplify complex financial products into user-friendly customer journeys. Utilize data, feedback, and research to enhance product decisions. Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations. Balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity. Requirements: Experience as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role. Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows. Proficient in collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver products. Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, and post-launch analysis. Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. High ownership and capability to drive work with minimal guidance. Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or high-growth products is advantageous.
