[Job-31548] Senior QA Engineer

Description: Design and execute test plans and test cases for a new integration/middleware layer connecting a partner portal to internal systems. Perform API-level functional, integration, and regression testing. Validate synchronous and asynchronous (event-driven) flows, including error handling and retry/dead-letter scenarios. Collaborate with the Business Analyst to translate documented business flows into test scenarios. Log, track, and verify defect resolution across environments (Development → QA → UAT → Production). Support automation of API test suites where applicable. Validate security and access-control behavior (authentication, authorization, data segregation). Requirements: 5+ years of QA experience, focusing on API/backend testing and independent ownership of test strategy. Experience testing REST APIs (Postman or equivalent tooling). Experience writing and maintaining structured test cases and test plans. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing within a GitLab CI (or equivalent) workflow. Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services. Good English communication skills (B2+) for daily collaboration with a US-based team.
