Senior Data Scientist

Description: Flagler Health is developing a clinical operating system for musculoskeletal care, partnering with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics. The Senior Data Scientist will focus on product and operational analytics to assess business performance and inform decision-making. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in a product-driven environment. Strong analytical skills with experience in retention analysis, cohort analysis, and funnel measurement. Proficient in SQL and fluent in Python or R for data analysis. Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
