Staff Software Developer (IAM)

Description: Join the JetBrains Platform team (JCP) to develop identity management and access services. Own the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) including codebase, architecture, and operations. Maintain and evolve services in Kotlin and Go, ensuring reliability and performance. Design and implement new features for identity, organization, membership, group, and workspace domains. Review and integrate pull requests from other platform teams. Manage integrations with other JCP platform components and applications. Requirements: 7+ years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin. Experience in performance optimization on JVM and Postgres. Proven experience in building and operating SaaS production services in a distributed, multi-tenant environment. Familiarity with modern DevOps stack: K8S, OpenTelemetry, Grafana. Track record of improving existing production services. Nice to have: experience with identity management protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0), domain model design, cybersecurity experience, and hands-on experience with Go.
