Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Description: Serve as a strategic advisor within the eMoney Data & Analytics organization, translating business challenges into analytics strategies. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver insights and promote data-informed decision making. Influence the evolution of analytics capabilities, guiding architecture, measurement frameworks, and data governance. Shape the enterprise analytics ecosystem through scalable and reusable solutions, incorporating AI and advanced analytics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; Master’s preferred. 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related advisory roles. Proven success in partnering with executive leadership to drive business outcomes through data and analytics. Experience in leading enterprise-wide analytics initiatives and influencing cross-functional organizations. Preferred experience in financial services or regulated industries. Benefits: Salary range: $120,000 - $156,000, based on skills and experience. Eligible for annual bonus, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave, and paid time off.
