They focus on providing aesthetically discreet, energy-efficient air conditioning solutions to the owners of the UK's finest homes. About the Role The Mechanical Services Estimator will support the Design Director and Design Engineers by preparing accurate estimates and cost summaries to aid in securing new contracts and projects. Key responsibilities include compiling labor and material costs, analyzing technical drawings, and ensuring pricing is both competitive and aligned with project profitability targets. Your Responsibilities
Estimating project costs
Creating quotations, using Simpro ERP software
Analyzing project risks and writing exclusions/notes for quotations
Inputting information into the CRM post-quoting, etc.
Attending client meetings in some instances (Teams/Zoom)
Assistance with project handover to Ops Team
Overall support for the Design Director
Collaboration within the design and sales teams
