About this role
Description: Develop, operate, and optimize the Perforce/Helix Core platform (p4d) within AWS environments (Development, Integration, Production). Ensure stable operation of AWS services such as EC2, ECS/Fargate, ALB, Auto Scaling, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and SSM. Implement and manage Perforce Streams, Protections, Triggers, Extensions, and disaster recovery concepts. Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Terraform, PowerShell 7, and Docker-based solutions. Support applications like Helix Authentication Service (HAS) and SSO/OIDC integrations. Create runbooks and documentation, and conduct knowledge transfer through workshops and coaching in German and English. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, IT Security, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or System Engineering. Proven experience in operating and administering Perforce/Helix Core (p4d) environments, configuration management, and high availability. Strong knowledge of AWS services and practical experience with EC2, ECS/Fargate, IAM, KMS, ALB, Auto Scaling, and modern cloud security concepts. Proficient in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automation with PowerShell 7, with experience in Docker and DevOps methodologies. Structured work approach, clear documentation skills, and willingness to share knowledge through workshops and coaching. Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.
