PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A RINGFENCED OPPURTUNITY AND ONLY SELECT EMPLOYEES WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME* Earnings: £24,784.50 Basic + Performance Bonus Earn up to an additional £6,000 per year Full Time | Permanent | Remote (With occasional need for travel for meetings and training) Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, with the expectation of 2 weekend days worked in every 4 This role will be required to proactively engage customers throughout their property journey, using warm customer data and follow-up activity to build relationships, identify needs and help customers take the next step with confidence. The New Business Agent will work primarily from home, with the training, technology and support required to succeed while contributing to a high-performing sales team. Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge
Previous experience in sales, customer service or estate agency • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Positive, resilient and target-driven attitude • Confidence engaging customers and identifying sales opportunities • Strong listening and objection-handling skills • Good IT skills and the ability to work independently from home • Proactive approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes • Team-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop Key Responsibilities Customer engagement & sales:
Contact customers proactively through outbound calls and follow-up activity; build rapport and develop strong customer relationships • Understand customers' property needs and provide tailored solutions; promote relevant products and services that add value to the customer experience Customer experience: • Handle customer enquiries professionally and confidently; deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction Process & performance:
