Data Engineer

Description: Join Virtualitics as a Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines for AI-native readiness applications. Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers, Data Scientists, and Platform teams to transform complex government and defense data into analysis-ready inputs. Requirements: Active US Government Security Clearance (SECRET or higher) is required. BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in data engineering or building production data pipelines. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Advanced AWS experience (S3, RDS, EMR, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
