What you will do As an intern in the Human Resources team, you will provide business administration support to the HR Senior Associate overall whilst supporting learning & development programmes and other HR related initiatives. Provide administrative support across all HR tasks, including induction, recruitment and document management Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve our processes and employee experience Support the training coordination for all office training. This includes: Scheduling, tracking, and follow-up (incl. collecting feedback) for training sessions Managing, updating, and reporting on local training and participant lists Assist with reporting and compliance-related tasks Who you are You pay attention to detail and are committed to delivering high-quality work You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines You are a team player with a proactive approach You are energetic, a self-starter and a resourceful problem solver – you get things moving and keep them on track.
