Requirements: 5–10 years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a senior role. Proven track record of independently owning features from ambiguous requirements to production deployment. Full-stack development experience and hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools. Experience in remote, distributed teams with async-first communication.
