Senior Blockchain Engineer

Description: Design and manage smart contract systems for Ondo, focusing on security, efficiency, and scalability across blockchain ecosystems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are technically sound and operable, while favoring simple and elegant designs. Requirements: Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience; 3+ years in blockchain engineering, preferably in DeFi protocols. Strong competency in Solidity; familiarity with non-EVM languages like Solana is a plus. Proven ability to design systems, including tooling and automation, and integrate with operational teams. Experience in building and scaling DeFi protocols. Preferred experience in Python and/or TypeScript. Strong technical judgment and prioritization skills.
