Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Description: Lead the reliability, scalability, and modernization of Intellum's platform infrastructure. Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the Systems Engineering team. Focus on modernizing infrastructure towards container-orchestrated environments and improving deployment and observability capabilities. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or related fields with production systems. Deep experience with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD systems. Excellent incident response and troubleshooting capabilities. Strong communication skills and ability to mentor engineers.
