Senior Backend Engineer - CRM (USA Only, 100% Remote)

Description: Join a 100% remote team focused on building an AI-powered CRM to enhance sales efficiency. Work on rearchitecting the core data model of Close, addressing modern CRM needs for small, scaling businesses. Requirements: Proficient in Python; experience with Go, Rust, or TypeScript is a plus. Strong architectural skills with experience in system design and migration planning. Familiarity with data modeling, retrieval problems, and search technologies, especially Elasticsearch. Experience shipping AI features in production and using AI tools in development workflows. Proven ability to debug and manage critical systems with real customer impact.
