Principal Software Engineer (Java)

Description: Seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the SaaS team at Resource Innovations. Responsible for shaping the architecture of an enterprise software platform for energy organizations. Role involves partnering with engineers and product leaders to modernize a complex platform. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 15+ years of software engineering experience with complex enterprise applications. Proven experience in technical leadership roles (Principal, Staff, Architect). Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; working knowledge of Python.
