Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a data scientist in a product-focused environment. Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modeling concepts. Proficiency in Python, especially with data analysis/science packages like Pandas and Stats. Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills. Detail-oriented with a good product sense and familiarity with product metrics (e.g., DAU, retention). General understanding of machine learning and model evaluation.
