The Opportunity: Senior Software Engineer, Backend You'll work close to the product here — no intermediary layer between you and the problem. You're part of the conversation about what to build, you build it, and you watch it reach production. We're looking for a senior backend engineer who takes real ownership of their work, thinks carefully about how systems should behave, and wants to collaborate closely with product, credit, and compliance — not in isolation from them. This role is remote. The team gathers at our Campinas office twice a year, and as part of Tilt you'll join two global offsites annually — past locations include Vail, San Diego, and Mexico City.
