Staff ML Engineer (ML/AI)

Description: Lead the architectural vision for Lyra’s machine learning and generative AI technology landscape. Serve as a technical anchor across engineering and data organizations, ensuring AI products operate with reliability, security, and medical precision. Requirements: 8+ years of experience deploying complex ML/AI solutions in production environments. Mastery of Python, RESTful API design, Protobuf, and microservices architecture. Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and real-time inference services. Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, fine-tuning LLMs, and managing vector databases. Strong experience architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS or equivalent. Exceptional strategic communication skills to influence leadership across disciplines.
