AI Enablement Engineer

Description: Help execute Coder's Smart AI roadmap and facilitate AI and vibe coding across the company. Work directly with employees to understand their needs, answer questions, and remove technical barriers. Build and refine Smart AI journeys, reusable skills, and infrastructure enhancements. Teach through office hours and sessions while focusing on listening, building, troubleshooting, and improving the AI community. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in technology, preferably in a startup environment. Engineering background or hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code. Ability to learn new tools quickly through independent study. High empathy for users, especially those new to technology. Proven ability to identify user roadblocks and create practical solutions. Strong communication skills across varying technical levels. Comfort with requirement gathering and implementation. Judgment to distinguish between one-off issues and systemic problems.
