Senior Program Specialist, Hospital & Health System Enablement and Ops, Remote

Description: Support high priority initiatives as a project manager within the Hospital and Health Systems team. Drive operational success of AI enablement and ACO operations through structured project management frameworks. Align execution with executive priorities across various Lines of Business (LOB) including Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in operations, healthcare management, or value-based care. Proven ability to manage multiple project workstreams independently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement. High proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com, and familiarity with AI platforms and reporting tools. Willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats and practice visits.
