Senior System Administrator (Linux, Networking & Automation) - (REF5385S)

Description: Operate and enhance the Open Telekom Cloud platform in a customer-oriented manner. Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scaler's cloud backend. Install and configure software and hardware, manage network devices, and monitor system performance. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls while automating processes with common frameworks. Requirements: Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject or comparable professional training. 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies. Strong experience in Linux, Bash, and network-related services. Very good knowledge of physical and virtual networks, routing, and firewalls. Extensive knowledge in infrastructure automation and high customer focus. Knowledge of agile development processes is a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English.
