Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → closing.
Execute daily outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn).
Hit 60+ calls/day OR 2+ discovery calls/day.
Run consultative sales calls and present tailored solutions.
Manage pipeline, CRM, and forecasts with discipline.
Collaborate with Recruitment & HR to drive successful placements. Requirements
Fluent English & Spanish (English C1-C2).
2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
Hunter mentality (loves cold outreach & pipeline building).
Strong consultative selling skills.
Proven execution & quota attainment.
Highly coachable, accountable, and results-driven.
Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry (preferred).
Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. Hourly rate equivalent to $1,032 – $1,376 USD/month (based on experience), with an On-Target Earning (OTE) of ~$2,500 USD/month through uncapped commissions—outperform targets to grow your income with no limit.
