Staff Software Engineer - mobile (m/f/n)

Description: Seeking a Staff Software Engineer to enhance quality across mobile app and backend domains. Role involves hands-on technical leadership, shaping architecture for testability and reliability, and fostering a culture of quality ownership. Requirements: 8+ years of software engineering experience at Staff/Principal/Tech Lead/Architect level. Proven track record in quality and reliability as an engineering discipline, with experience in shift-left practices. Strong hands-on engineering skills, capable of writing and reviewing production-quality code. Experience in leading technical and process changes with development teams.
