AI Ops Engineer - Professional Services

Description: The AI Ops Engineer, Professional Services is responsible for advancing AI capabilities within the Professional Services organization. This role focuses on building AI-powered workflows and automations to enhance implementation efficiency and consultant productivity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience in building AI, automation, or technical implementation solutions. Strong Python skills and experience with LLM frameworks and AI-assisted development tools. Knowledge of AI concepts such as RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
