Description: Giga is seeking a full-time AI Training & Enablement Lead to develop a learning and adoption system for applied AI. The role involves transforming employee awareness into confident, responsible AI usage and integrating AI into workflows across various functions. Requirements: Portfolio demonstrating ability to teach complex technology through various formats. Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows, including personal projects. Proven track record of changing behavior and sustaining adoption in a business context. Strong facilitation and storytelling skills for diverse audiences. Ability to diagnose workflows and identify AI integration points. Practical judgment regarding AI usage, confidentiality, and output verification.
