- T (Monday.com) Closed 📅 Week ago 💰 $91k-$114k 📋 Project Management 🟢 Entry Level Job Description General Summary Under general supervision of the Manager of Clinical Systems or higher, the Clinical Systems Associate Project Manager T will assist with designing, documenting, and standardizing processes to support the implementation of Monday.com. This role will collaborate with project teams and work with end users to ensure short-term and long-term objectives are well-defined and assist in translating them into actionable goals and deliverables. This role will proactively engage with Clinical Leadership to ensure business needs are met. The duration of this temporary position is approximately 6 months. Specific Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in working with project teams in Clinical Research to support the implementation of Monday.com, from effective design and documentation of processes to development of best practices and end-user training. • Work toward becoming a subject matter expert when contributing to cross-functional projects. * • Work closely with Clinical Research to understand the business requirements and how they interact with the platform and translate their requests into actionable goals and deliverables.* • Provide status reports to Clinical leadership and business owners. • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures. * • Understand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company. * • Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures. * • Perform other work-related duties as assigned. *Indicates an essential function of the role Required Qualifications Minimum education and experience • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience developing and implementing work management platforms for project management needs or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Professional experience in developing and implementing the Monday.com Work Management system for client project management needs is required. • Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing customized workflows and automations within Monday.com boards, dashboards, and WorkDocs is required • Ability to gather user requirements, provide strategic solutions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders is required. • A creative problem-solver with critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams is required. • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills required Preferred qualifications • Must be working toward Monday.com Work Management Certified, including Monday Work Management Core Certification, Work Management Advanced Certification, and/or Admin Certification. Product Workflow Badge Completion is a plus. • .Familiarity with the phases and operations involved in clinical trials is a plus. • Understanding regulatory compliance and documentation processes is strongly preferred. • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other standard office tools Working Conditions • General office environment • Willingness and ability to work on site. • Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens • Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds • Must be able to move between buildings and floors. • Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day. • Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets. Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed. • Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels on a daily basis. Base Pay Range Per Hour: $44 - $55/hour Individual compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
