Description: Join Caseware as a Software Developer in Test (SDET) within the quality engineering team for SaaS platforms. Drive quality strategy and modern testing approaches in a fully remote role based in Colombia. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in cloud-native SaaS environments (AWS). Expertise in automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows). Knowledge of testing strategies from unit to E2E, including API contract and integration testing (Cypress, Pact, K6). Strong front-end knowledge in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiarity with observability tools and improving test signal feedback loops. Excellent communication and coaching skills to influence stakeholders. Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams. Strategic growth mindset with a desire to learn and mentor others. Interest in AI-powered testing tools is a bonus.
