Who you are: The International Recruitment Specialist, Seasonal Exchange Programs will be responsible for selling CIEE seasonal placement services to businesses in the U.S. in a way that aligns with CIEE's mission and value. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with excellent relationship-building and sales experience, customer service skills, confidence, and flexibility. The Work & Travel USA and Camp Exchange USA programs within the Seasonal Exchange programs group allow approximately 25,000 students and young professionals from around the world to take part in work-based exchange programs at host organizations across the U.S. each year. These programs are operated under the authority of the U.S. Department of State to advance public diplomacy through the Bridge USA set of programs.What you’ll do:
