Principal Data Scientist

Description: Lead the development of GIA, an AI for General Counsel and HR teams, focusing on data science, engineering, and product analytics. Build data infrastructure, analyze product usage, create models, define metrics, run experiments, and provide actionable insights. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, and analytics. Proficient in SQL and Python; experience with Databricks or similar platforms. Knowledge of LLMs, traditional ML techniques, and pipeline engineering. Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
