We’re looking for a Policy Services Administrator to join our growing and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment where your development and progression are truly valued. The Role As a Travel claims Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our members by supporting them with policy queries, amendments, and requests. You’ll become an expert in our products, ensuring all changes are handled efficiently and accurately while keeping customers informed every step of the way.
