Description: The Channel Solutions Engineer serves as the technical authority for Resi's indirect channel, supporting distribution and dealer motions. The role focuses on making partners technically self-sufficient and enhancing their ability to close deals without carrying a territory. Requirements: High school diploma required; BS/BA preferred. 3-5 years of industry or professional AV experience, with 2+ years as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer in ProAV or video infrastructure. Hands-on system design and installation experience preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to travel as needed.
