Senior GTM AI Advisor

Description: Seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior AI GTM Advisor to maximize customer value from the Outreach platform. Role combines Customer Success Management with a focus on AI enablement, insights, and automation to drive business outcomes. Requirements: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, GTM/RevOps, Consulting, or sales-process advisory roles, preferably in a SaaS environment. Experience in driving software adoption, leading change management, and managing enterprise customer relationships. Strong analytical skills, executive presence, and ability to influence stakeholders on AI GTM strategy. Familiarity with AI/ML products, predictive analytics, and core GTM workflows is preferred.
