Risk Data Analyst

Description: R2 is a fintech company focused on providing financial solutions for small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Latin America. The Risk Sr Data Analyst will build, automate, and validate controls to ensure operational reliability as the company scales. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in a technical, data-driven role (risk/data analytics, controls testing, etc.). Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and experience with Python for automation. Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for dashboard creation. Ability to translate control requirements into automated checks and validation logic. Strong analytical judgment and excellent communication skills.
