Tech Lead - Forward Deployed Engineering

Description: Lead complex, high-risk customer deployments in Magical’s Forward Deployed Engineering team. Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in designing workflows, debugging, and shipping solutions. Requirements: Significant experience in software engineering or similar technical roles. Proven track record as a technical lead on customer-facing software deployments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and coach others. Deep curiosity about AI agents and automation, with a strong bias toward action. Located in Toronto or willing to relocate.
