Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Description: Doma Technology is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy production-grade ML systems in the title insurance and real estate sectors. The role involves developing scalable ML products for risk assessment, underwriting, and operational efficiency, requiring technical execution and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying models in cloud-based environments, proficient in Python, SQL, Git, and Docker. Strong background in supervised learning, applied statistics, and experience with model monitoring and evaluation in production. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and manage complex projects end-to-end.
