Please see the revised responsibilities below!** Key Role Information: Role: Digital Campaign Manager **updated** Duration: September– 12/31/26 Location: Remote (Must be available for East Coast morning/midday overlap) Hours/wk: 10–20 hours/week or around 40-60 hours per month (Fluctuating based on campaign needs) Hourly Rate: $45/hr (W2) The Opportunity You’ll be responsible for campaign maintenance, billing, and performance reporting , ensuring that every detail is accounted for in a fast-paced, evolving environment. What You’ll Bring to the Table Platform Expertise: You have hands-on experience with digital external partner tools. Specifically, we are looking for proficiency in Lumina, Mediatools, GCM/DoubleClick Manager (for tags), and Adorama. (Note: This role focuses on these specialized tools rather than standard media buying platforms). Agility: You don’t just handle change; you adapt to it quickly. You are comfortable reacting to shifting priorities without losing your focus. Precision: You possess an eagle eye for detail. Whether it’s tag trafficking or billing, you ensure accuracy is never compromised. Availability: You are available for consistent work, with the ability to overlap your schedule during the early part of the day through midday (ET) as the team sits on the east coast. Qualifications **Newly Added** Reporting: Bi-Weekly Reporting Data dump of media metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, views) from Datorama to an external Google Sheet Weekly Pacing Report Pull pacing data from Datorama Compile client-ready with bullets of recommendations for where to shift spend between partners to address any under-pacing Campaign Launch: Insertion Orders (IOs) Issue IOs to vendors Ensure IOs are signed Elevate if partners raise any issues with IOs Creative Taxonomy Build out placement names following standard taxonomy in Excel Creative Specs Request and consolidate creative requirements (specs) from external partners Campaign Maintenance: IO Maintenance QA signed IOs against current amount in Vector Update spend by partner/placement when shifts are needed Google Campaign Manager Status QA Access reporting in CM360 (DCM) Update creative matrix to reflect when placements launch QA that the right creative is running Pacing & Media Quality Email vendors who appear to be under-spending or over-spending to flag, ask for context Check DoubleVerify viewability and fraud, email vendors who have high fraud or low viewability to flag and ask for context Flag any makegoods needed for fraud or non-viewable impressions from prior month Additional Information We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
