Application Developer - IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) - Contractor

Description: Seeking a Developer with strong experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) to migrate and rebuild applications. Collaborate with BP3 teammates and client stakeholders to ensure quality and timely completion of BAW applications. Requirements: Solid application development expertise and sound technical judgment. Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with customers. Hands-on experience with IBM BAW, including migration from Legacy Human Services to Client-Side Human Services (CSHS). Understanding of BAW architecture and troubleshooting approaches. Experience in process design, implementation, and UI development for BAW. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. Prior client-facing consulting or enterprise experience preferred.
