About this role
Description: Lead modernization of legacy UI applications and architect desktop applications for Microsoft Windows. Establish testing strategies and drive software testing processes for both modern and legacy environments. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, planning, and risk assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex performance issues and perform root cause analysis. Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 8–10+ years of professional programming experience, specifically with Microsoft C++. Deep experience in designing, modernizing, and testing desktop applications for Windows. Proven track record in modernizing legacy UI applications and refactoring codebases. Advanced experience in Agile/Scrum development environments and strong communication skills. Benefits: Fully remote work environment, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
