Sr. Full Stack Developer

Description: Join Bia, managing energy for over 3,700 companies in Latam, as a Sr. Full Stack Developer. Design, implement, and maintain complete functionalities (Frontend and Backend) ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality. Integrate AI into daily tasks to generate code, build agents, implement MCPs, automate workflows, and accelerate delivery times. Translate designs into reality with pixel-perfect precision while maintaining backend stability. Participate in product definition, proposing technical and functional improvements aligned with Bia's business objectives. Requirements: Proven experience building and scaling complex digital products using React and solid backend environments (Go, Node, Python, etc.). Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Firebase, robust API design, data modeling, and scalability patterns. Demonstrated ability to iterate quickly using modern AI-assisted development tools (complex prompts, automation). Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail in frontend development to ensure visual quality and usability. Ability to prioritize work, communicate blockers timely, understand business metrics, and solve ambiguous problems.
