Lead AI/Agent Architect

Description: Lead the design and build of an AI agent system for managing complex transaction workflows for large enterprise clients. Own the technical track, including agent orchestration, tool-use architecture, and human-in-the-loop protocols. Requirements: 8+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or solutions architecture with experience in production-grade systems. Deep expertise in agent orchestration, tool and function calling, and state management. Proficient in Python (or equivalent), API design, and modern data stores like PostgreSQL. Experience in designing end-to-end solutions under operational constraints. Knowledge of human-in-the-loop governance for high-stakes domains. Preferred experience in commercial real estate, legal, or financial services. Practical experience in moving systems from sandbox to production.
