Senior Data Scientist / Analyst, Finance

Description: Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling individuals to trade on outcomes across various sectors. The Senior Financial Data Analyst will build and maintain the financial reporting layer, ensuring accurate and clean financial reports from raw data. Requirements: 7+ years in data analysis/science or financial analysis with experience in reporting for finance teams. Expert in SQL and capable of complex data joins. Background in data science, including causal inference and predictive modeling in Python or R. Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and experience with cloud data warehouses like Databricks or Snowflake. High accuracy standards and ability to reconcile reports. Comfortable in fast-paced environments and translating between finance and engineering.
