Mid Level Data Analyst

Description: Partner with stakeholders to provide actionable insights through data analysis. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for self-service analytics. Use SQL for querying, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets. Perform exploratory analyses and support root cause analysis for business initiatives. Define and maintain business KPIs and reporting standards. Apply data visualization best practices to create user-friendly dashboards. Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and automate tasks. Translate analytical findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences. Collaborate with international teams to deliver analytical solutions under tight timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.). Strong SQL skills for data preparation and analysis. Proficient in Power BI, including DAX and dashboard development. Knowledge of statistics and analytical methodologies. Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus. Familiarity with AI productivity tools. Understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling techniques. Intermediate English communication skills.
