Founding AI Quality & Release Engineer

Description: Join a seed-stage enterprise AI company focused on building autonomous data agents for engineering workflows. First dedicated quality-infrastructure hire, responsible for verification and release systems from merge to customer. Role involves 70% AI-powered verification and 30% release and environment engineering. Requirements: 7 to 15 years in quality engineering, release engineering, or similar software roles. Proficient in production-quality Python and strong software engineering fundamentals. Deep knowledge of GitHub Actions or equivalent CI systems. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud deployment mechanics. Full work authorization in the US or Canada; no visa sponsorship available. Nice to have: TypeScript, Snowflake Native Apps, Playwright, and early-stage startup quality infrastructure. Benefits: Base salary of $170,000 to $200,000 based on qualifications.
