We are looking for **Performance Marketing Specialists** to join our remote team and manage high-performing advertising campaigns for international projects. ### Key Responsibilities * Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns * Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate * Set up tracking with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and related tools * Analyze campaign data and optimize targeting, bidding, and performance * Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages * Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to improve campaign results * Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports ### Requirements * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads * Strong understanding of Performance Marketing * Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions * Familiar with tracking and analytics tools * Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Experience managing large budgets or international campaigns is a plus This is a **fully remote position** open to candidates worldwide.
