Senior Director, Enterprise Systems and Data

Description: Lead the enterprise technology infrastructure at Optro, a fast-growing SaaS company. Oversee revenue technology stack, enterprise data platform, and AI initiatives. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology functions with ownership of systems and data teams. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and HRIS systems. Proven ability to build and govern enterprise data infrastructure at scale. Familiarity with AI and automation tools, particularly integration platforms like Workato. Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations. Analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.
