Senior Business Data Analyst

Description: Partner with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions for strategic decision-making. Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end, translating business needs into actionable insights and ensuring high-quality data delivery. Requirements: 5+ years in business/data analytics or related roles. Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional environments. Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience. Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data platforms (Databricks). Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data governance principles. Willingness to work US hours (night shift / US business time alignment).
