Senior Director Data & Analytics

Description: Lead the data foundation and analytical engine at Curology to support major business decisions. Own Curology's data infrastructure, architecture, and customer data platform, managing a team in analytics, experimentation, and data science. Requirements: 12-15 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or data science, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven experience in a high-growth, consumer-facing technology environment. Mastery of modern analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python). Strong understanding of experimental design, predictive modeling, and cohort analysis. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
