Senior Software Engineer

Description: Join NMI's Reliability Engineering team to enhance the reliability, performance, and operational maturity of critical platform services. Design and build reliability frameworks and tooling to improve uptime and operational confidence, with a focus on proactive engineering. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in building and operating production-grade software systems. Strong backend development experience in PHP and ability to learn new languages quickly. Proven experience with reliable, scalable systems and understanding of distributed system fundamentals. Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalent) and secure development practices.
