QA Automation Engineer

Description: Novara Software is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to enhance automated test coverage for Novara Flex, an EHS and compliance platform. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated API and end-to-end tests, integrating them into CI/CD quality gates, and owning performance and load testing. Requirements: 3+ years of professional QA experience with ownership of test automation. Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, Python, or Java. Hands-on experience with Playwright or extensive experience with Cypress/Selenium. Solid API testing skills and experience with Postman or similar tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools like Xray. Strong SQL proficiency for data validation. Experience in Agile or Scrum environments. Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Benefits: Annual base salary range of $100k-$110k with a 10% annual bonus opportunity.
