Job Summary Responsible for supporting operational and strategic analytics projects, with cross-functional collaboration. In this role, the analyst leads domain-specific projects, manages cross-functional initiatives, develops project methodologies and ensures project success. Typically reports to a Director, Reporting & Analytics. The Senior Healthcare Business Analyst is responsible for transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role manages recurring and ad hoc reporting requests, develops dashboards and data visualizations, and partners with stakeholders to deliver accurate, meaningful analytics for business initiatives and presentations. The ideal candidate has experience with Epic Clarity, Epic Caboodle, Revenue Cycle operations, SQL, and advanced Excel, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities frequently shift.
